Serenity Blooms is an innovative mental health and well-being program designed to foster holistic healing through a unique combination of gardening, educational wellness classes, mental health therapy sessions, meditation, yoga, and tai chi. This transformative experience will take place in the tranquil setting of a community garden and local church, providing a harmonious space for participants to connect with nature, engage in mindful practices, and build a supportive community.

For ages 6 to Adult.

    • Qualified mental health professionals will conduct therapeutic sessions addressing stress, anxiety, and various mental health concerns.

    • Group and individual sessions will be tailored to cater to both adults and children, creating a safe space for open dialogue and emotional expression.

    • Guided meditation sessions will be led by experienced instructors to promote mindfulness and relaxation.

    • Participants will learn techniques to enhance focus, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of inner calm.

    • Every 1st Saturday of the month 8:30 a.m. (July-November)

    • Certified yoga instructors will guide participants through gentle and accessible yoga sessions suitable for all levels.

    • Yoga classes will focus on physical postures, breath control, and meditation to promote flexibility, strength, and emotional balance.

    • 2nd & 4th Saturday morning of each month. 9:00 a.m. (June-September)

  • Tai chi, an ancient Chinese martial art known for its meditative movements, will be integrated into the program.

    • Expert instructors will teach participants the flowing and rhythmic Tai Chi sequences, promoting physical wellness and mental harmony.

    • Adult- Every 2nd & 4th Saturday morning (August 7 a.m. September-November 8 a.m. )

    • Youth- Every Saturday morning (August 8 a.m.)
